I have decided to go out on my own and become a solo Realtor®! 

The market is slow right now, but there’s no reason to panic. Seasonality is back!

According to the BERACHA AND JOHNSON HOUSING MARKET RANKING out of @FAUBusiness the Washington, DC area real estate market is ranked #99 out of 100 on overpricing. Coral Gables, FL is #1 and is estimated to be roughly 70% overvalued. Washington, DC is estimated to be about 3.5% overpriced.

The market is shifting! I’m hearing lenders talk about 2-1 buy downs and how buyers can get a lower rate in the short term. If you’re buying or selling right now you need to know about this.

If you can’t afford your dream house all is not lost. My advice: buy your “not dream house”.
