Lifestyle Key: Best Address Group Retreat

The Best Address Group went on a retreat this past week to plan for 2020. This photo is the view from where we stayed in Chatham, MA.

We’re lucky to have an excellent coach in Scott Sullivan of Kinetic Coaching. Everyone in our group works with him individually and we have him work with us as a group as well — it’s one of the unique things about our group that allows us to operate at the high level that we do. I’ve been to my fair share of retreats and this was one of the best I’ve ever been to. We were focused but still had fun and we didn’t try to cram more into our agenda than the time we had allowed. Most importantly, we were able to share our ideas and opinions without judgement and come to consensus that allowed us to set big goals for 2020. We still have some refining to do, but I’m so excited for 2020 and I can’t wait for next year and what it will bring for the Best Address Group, my business, our clients, and those we work with!

Retreats can be challenging but with a good facilitator, a team that’s willing to listen and let others share, and big dreams, they can make all the difference.
